Pressure washing in the South Atlantic states

Carbon monoxide gives little warning, and a 1994 CDC report from the District of Columbia shows how little. Five workers ran two gasoline power washers in an underground parking garage that was closed for business, with no fan running. After one man collapsed, the crew went back to work until a second went down. All five needed emergency care. If a crew is washing an enclosed garage under your building, the report's fixes are better ventilation and trained staff checking the air for CO.

Questions homeowners ask

How accurate is a photo estimate?
It’s a ballpark, not a quote. A photo gives us a good read on the surface and how dirty it is, but a pro who sees the whole property will always be more precise. Use our number as the range to expect before you start calling around.
How is pressure washing priced?
Mostly by the square footage and the surface — a concrete driveway is cheaper per foot than siding or a wood deck, which need a gentler soft-wash. Heavy algae, mildew, or oil stains add to it because they take detergent and a second pass.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
It can if it’s done at full pressure on the wrong surface — that’s why good pros soft-wash siding and wood. Our ballpark factors in the gentler method for delicate surfaces.
Is this really free?
Yes. No signup, no credit card, no spam. We only make money if you choose to connect with a local pro — and that’s up to you.
What photo works best?
One shot showing the full surface you want cleaned — the whole driveway or the side of the house — gives the best read on the size and how dirty it is.
