Pressure washing in the West North Central states

An open door doesn't make an indoor gas pressure washer safe. A CDC report covering Iowa from January 1992 to January 1993 described five carbon monoxide poisonings, one of them fatal, from gasoline washers run inside farm buildings. In one case, all three doors were open and an exhaust fan was running. The report's advice was to run any gasoline-powered equipment outdoors at all times. In freezing weather, it said, move the washer outdoors before you restart or drain it.

Questions homeowners ask

How accurate is a photo estimate?
It’s a ballpark, not a quote. A photo gives us a good read on the surface and how dirty it is, but a pro who sees the whole property will always be more precise. Use our number as the range to expect before you start calling around.
How is pressure washing priced?
Mostly by the square footage and the surface — a concrete driveway is cheaper per foot than siding or a wood deck, which need a gentler soft-wash. Heavy algae, mildew, or oil stains add to it because they take detergent and a second pass.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
It can if it’s done at full pressure on the wrong surface — that’s why good pros soft-wash siding and wood. Our ballpark factors in the gentler method for delicate surfaces.
Is this really free?
Yes. No signup, no credit card, no spam. We only make money if you choose to connect with a local pro — and that’s up to you.
What photo works best?
One shot showing the full surface you want cleaned — the whole driveway or the side of the house — gives the best read on the size and how dirty it is.
